Sustainable stands

Responsibility for the future

Sustainability is our responsibility and we take it very seriously, especially when it comes to our trade fair projects.

Storage

Custom-designed elements that become the property of our clients – such as printed panels or fabric graphics – are stored in our modern materials warehouse for repeated use. Lettering on panels from our rental stock is removed after every trade show and the panels are reused for future projects. Wall panels are printed using eco-friendly latex inks, which also allow for direct printing on wood. We inspect laminate panels for their potential to be reused and replace any elements that show minor damage.

Recycling

Sustainability continues well beyond the exhibition itself. Printed PVC flooring is returned to the manufacturer and processed into new flooring. We work with partners who specialise in innovative recycling solutions. For the flooring in your stand, we offer recyclable carpet options such as GREEN-Expo Eco-Rips and Eco-Floor. After use, the material is granulated and reused as a secondary raw material. This creates a closed-loop system – purchase, use, return – which helps reduce the environmental impact and disposal costs.

Eco-friendly promotional materials

Sustainability is embedded in our brand DNA. By using renewable resources and recycled materials, we create environmentally-conscious, resource-efficient promotional materials. Upon request, we use PVC-free films and print with eco-friendly, odourless latex inks. As an alternative to conventional roll-up displays, we offer sustainable options made from certified wood or honeycomb cardboard – lightweight, durable and easy to assemble. We also prioritise local sourcing and short transport routes to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible.

This is because true sustainability means more than just choosing the right materials – it’s a holistic approach that reflects our commitment to the environment.
